Notice: Frequent Customer Discounts

When you register with an account at LabDirect, your details are saved to our store system which is an important step to saving online. Every time you purchase while logged in to your registered account, your order count is logged and when you reach your fifth order, your account is upgraded from "Regular Customer" to "Frequent Customer".

Frequent Customer account holders receive an automatic discount on all products across our store. This discount is automatically applied without the need of a coupon code. Discounts are increased as more orders are placed.

Benefits of registering with an account include:

  • Automatic store discounts when four orders are reached
  • Your account details are saved for quick and easy purchases
  • Ability to view and print past order invoices
