Delivery Charges

To find the delivery cost of your order, simply add any product/s to your shopping cart, then use the "add info" link next to the shipping field to enter in your postcode. Our shopping cart will display all delivery charges prior to you proceeding with your order.

Our delivery costs vary depending on the product purchased, quantity purchased and the end receiver location. Below are some frequently asked questions regarding shipping and delivery.

What are your delivery charges?
Our store carries a minimum $15.00 plus GST starting delivery charge. This starting delivery charge covers picking, packing, wrapping and delivery booking charges. The final freight price will vary depending on what items are purchased and the quantity being purchased.

Do you charge extra for express delivery?
Generally we try to cover the express delivery charge within the regular delivery costs to avoid additional fees. If additional fees are required, these fees vary depending on the items purchased and the quantity purchased and you will be notified before the order is sent. We always endeavour to use express delivery services as often as possible with no additional charges.

What shipping methods do you use?
We use both Australia Post and TNT Express to deliver orders Australia wide. Generally all residential orders will be sent via Australia Post and most bulk orders to businesses will be sent via TNT Express.

If I am not home, can you leave the item in a safe place at my location?
Yes, if the parcel is being delivered via Australia Post then they do offer a "leave in safe location at address" option. Please note that you take all responsibility of the package if you choose to have it left at your location.

NOTE: The difference between a 'delivery charge' and a 'postal charge'
Delivery charges include the full preparation and delivery process - picking, wrapping, packing, booking and safely delivering. Australia Post or Express Courier charges are the 'pick up and hand over' charges only and do not include anything else such as the order preparation which can sometimes take hours to do. Fragile glassware orders require handling time which is essential to ensure the goods are delivered without any breakages.

On average, orders placed online are delivered within 5 working days.

The delivery time for orders placed online usually varies between 3 and 5 working days. Delivery times depend on multiple things including what is being ordered, how many are being ordered and where the order is being delivered. Stock availability also ultimately determines the delivery time. Please always allow 1 to 2 days for order packing and dispatch preparation.
