Terms regarding written quotes and purchase orders.
LabDirect is an online sales store. Below are our sales terms which are currently in place to help us streamline our online sales process. These terms ensure smaller items can be sent as quickly as possible.

For products and order values below $200 (not including freight and GST):
- Available for sale online using credit card
- Available for sale over the phone using credit card
- Same day dispatch available when purchased before 11am (must be in stock)
- Written quotes not available
- Entering purchase orders not available
- Bank transfer option not available
For products and order values $200 and over (not including freight and GST):
- Available for sale online using credit card
- Available for sale over the phone using credit card
- Available for sale using the bank transfer payment option in the store checkout
- Available for sale with a company or organisation purchase order (a written quote can be supplied too)
- Available for sale with Net 14/30 Days payment terms (approved for Universities or Government Organisations)
