Picking up your LabDirect order

If you are a Sydney metro customer and wish to pick up an order from the LabDirect Wetherill Park warehouse, you can do so with a few simple steps. It is important to check that the items are in stock first if the order is urgent.

For pick ups, please follow these steps:

  1. Register with an account at LabDirect and add any items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart.
  2. Use the pick up coupon code "NL63W7A4W3J" in your shopping cart to remove any freight charges.
  3. Proceed through the check out and purchase your LabDirect order. This includes selecting a freight option and entering a delivery address. The freight will then be deducted when you proceed through to payment.
  4. Note "PICK UP" in the comments box of your checkout order.
  5. Call us on 02 9604 0777 or use the contact form by clicking here to to arrange a suitable pick up time of your order.

Note: Customers are not permitted to attend the LabDirect warehouse without first paying for their order online. A suitable pick up time must be arrange first before any customer attends our warehouse.

Our warehouse pick up times follow:

  • Monday to Thursday from 8am to 1pm or 2pm to 3pm
  • Friday from 8am to 1pm
