The iconic PYREX® heavy duty laboratory bottle.
PYREX® heavy duty bottles which can be used for storage as well as mixing and sampling. Glass bead indicates full capacity line on 100 mL through 2L size. Bottles have permanent white enamel graduations and marking spots. They include an autoclavable Red polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) GL45 threaded cap with PTFE faced silicone liner and ETFE pouring ring for dry heat sterilization (180°C).
Caution: Do not have caps tightened immediately after autoclaving, as the vacuum resulting from cooling can cause breakage.
- Manufactured from PYREX® borosilicate glass which is resistant to heat and most chemicals.
- Autoclavable at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- GL 45 bottle neck provides easy filling and pouring.
- The wide diameter of bottle neck makes the handling with powders or viscous substances easy.
- The angled finishing allows the liquid to flow without any restrictions.
- Inscriptions are in white fired-on enamel designed for glass.

Warning: Lid must only be loosely screwed on when heating or autoclaving. Do not screw the lid tight when the bottle is hot, as breakage may occur.
