Digital Heating Mantles with Stirring
These heating mantles are available to heat round bottom flasks up to a maximum of 380°C. The mantle cases are constructed from powder coated aluminium and the control panels from molded polypropylene.

- Glass fiber inner sleeve and high-quality aluminum silicate wool insulation ensure uniform heating, high-temperature resistance, fast heating, and excellent thermal insulation.
- Dual independent safety circuit design continuously monitors the device. In case of overheating or sensor failure, the machine will trigger an error and stop heating. In case of a short circuit, the machine will automatically cut off power to ensure operator safety.
- Residual heat warning function: when the plate surface temperature exceeds 50°C, after heating is turned off, the screen will flash a "HOT" warning.
- Protection features: overcurrent protection, ground fault protection, and over-temperature protection.
- Brushless DC motor: spark-free, long lifespan, low noise, maintenance-free, and stable operation.
- Safety lock prevents accidental changes in operating status.
- LCD display shows speed, time, and temperature parameters clearly and intuitively.
- Buzzer alert: countdown timer end is indicated by a "beep-beep-beep" sound.
- Timer function: time range from 1 minute to 99 hours 59 minutes. Heating stops when countdown ends, but stirring continues to avoid sample damage from residual heat.

Green - Reached to set temperature
Blinking green - Heating to set temperature
Red - fault/alarm
