Order Delivery Times
On average, orders placed online are delivered within 5 working days.
The delivery time for orders placed online usually varies between 3 and 5 working days. Delivery times depend on multiple things including what is being ordered, how many are being ordered and where the order is being delivered. Stock availability also ultimately determines the delivery time.
We always endeavour to dispatch orders as soon as possible.
Below are key delivery points:
- On average, orders placed online are delivered within 5 working days
- Orders placed before 12pm which contain in-stock products are usually dispatched the same day
- The vast majority of orders are packed from our Western Sydney, Wetherill Park warehouse
- Although products may be in-stock, they may be held in-stock at interstate holding warehouses
NOTE: LabDirect will endeavour to deliver all orders within 5 working days unless otherwise specified. If the order cannot be delivered within 5 working days, LabDirect will contact the customer via email or via phone to advise on a more accurate delivery time after the 5 working day period. Order delivery times vary depending on stock location.
